Electronic Let-off Mechanism
The electronic warp let-off uses a tension sensor to detect the change in warp tension. The computer changes the speed of the AC servo motor to change the warp let-off amount to achieve the purpose of adjusting the warp tension.
Winding Mechanism
The winding mechanism adopts two forms: mechanical continuous winding and electronic winding.
The mechanical winding mechanism (conventional product)
adopts an AC servo system winding device, which is controlled by a computer to make it run completely synchronously with the loom to control the weft density. The weft density can be set on the human-machine interface without changing gears. At the same time, it is easier to work on the machine through the linkage operation with the electronic warp let-off system.
The electronic winding mechanism (user optional) The winding mechanism adopts two forms: mechanical continuous winding and electronic winding. The size of the weft density is changed by changing the size of the gear, and the winding tension is automatically adjusted, so that the fabric always maintains the same tension.
Opening Mechanism
Negative cam shedding mechanism: The cam profile shape can be designed according to the shedding process, which is the widely used shedding form by users, with a maximum of 8 heald frames.
Positive cam shedding mechanism (user-selected): suitable for weaving high-speed, wide-width, heavy fabrics.
Electronic multi-arm shedding mechanism (user-selected): 16 heald frames, which can basically meet the needs of weaving organization.
Jacquard shedding mechanism (user-selected): equipped with 1344, 2688, 5120 needle electronic jacquard shedding.
